Cocaine

Powder cocaine, as the name suggests, is white powder which is most commonly chopped up on a mirror, CD case or other smooth surface, with a razor blade or credit card and then snorted up the nose using a rolled bank note.

It cannot be smoked (or at least no real effect will be obtained) in its powder form and must be converted into an alkaline 'base' form (such as Crack Cocaine) to do so.
